Project background
Paraiso Residence is a leasehold service residence in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, targeted to provide the secure and private space to the residence. The building will fill with 7-tier security which includes CCTV surveillance, visitor management system, boom gate, card access system, IP intercom system and physical guard patrol in the building.
Paraiso Residence implements a 24-hour security system, including the installation of CCTV, so that residents can live in peace. Other accoutrements include the increasingly important high-speed Internet and WiFi that are installed throughout the project.
Demand/challenge
Paraiso Residence is sited on the 5.6 acres leasehold land. It consists of 2 towers with 39-storey tall. There are a total of 764 units in the building. The project has 4 types of layout design, ranging from 960 square feet to 1,480 square feet.
1. Provide high-speed Internet services for all residents.
2. Offer TV Box with 100Mbps Unlimited Free WIFI.
3. Third party phones and access points.
Networking Solution
Paraiso Residence offers clean and modern apartments for up to 4 people with free WiFi, unlimited high speed internet. BDCOM's FTTx solution can perfectly meet the network requirements.
BDCOM OLT GP3600-16B plays a role as data center to connect all ONUs and monitor centrally through BDCOM NMS software. In every unit, PoE ONU is installed to provide Ethernet for IP phones, and IP-TV.
